It is an irresistible snack recipe that tastes best when paired with green chutney.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1 tsp Oil<br />1/2 tsp Cumin seeds<br />3 Onions, chopped<br />1/2 cup Poha<br />1/2 cup Coconut, grated<br />1 tsp Chaat Masala<br />3 tsp Sugar<br />1 1/2 tsp Ginger-Chilli paste<br />1/2 tsp Garam Masala<br />1/2 tsp Amchur powder<br />Salt to taste<br />1/2 cup Coriander leaves, chopped<br />1 Potato, mashed<br />Samosa Patti (Sheets)<br />Oil for Frying<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, onion, cook it for a minute and <br />then take it down.<br />Add poha, coconut, give it a mix.<br />Add chaat masala, sugar, ginger-chili paste, garam masala, amchur powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.<br />Add potato, mix well and our stuffing is ready.<br />Take a samosa Patti, fold it into a triangular shape and add the filling into it after it cools down.<br />Seal the edges with maida slurry and fry it.<br />Make sure that you reduce the flame and let them fry on low heat.<br />Our Crispy Poha Onion Patti Samosa is ready.<br />
